Seabourn is offering agents a £50 Amazon voucher for every cruise booking made between May 19 and June 30 on select sailings as part of a new incentive. Agents booking clients onto a 2022 Seabourn cruise in Europe will be eligible for the voucher. There is no limit to the number of claims, so the more new bookings made the larger the reward. All travel partners who make a new Europe 2022 booking by June 30 will be entered into a prize draw to win a place on a 2022 Seabourn fam trip.

MSC Cruises is giving agents the chance to win a set of luggage and a packing consultation for their guest. Agents need to book a passenger onboard MSC Virtuosa for sailings between April 29 and November 4, 2022, to be automatically entered into the prize draw. The CroisiEurope Sales Challenge runs until December 31, 2022, and gives all UK travel agents the chance to earn points which can be exchanged for trips ranging from a two-night hotel break in the UK to a safari-cruise in Southern Africa. To join the challenge, agents should register here. Agents will automatically receive 250 points when their registration is validated. Points will be based on turnover: for example, if an agent sells a cruise with a value of £699, they will receive 699 points. Bonus points will be on offer throughout the challenge which participating agents will be advised about.

Explora Journeys has strengthened its UK commercial team with a number of key appointments, as the cruise line moves towards launch next year.
The new roles, which come alongside seven new positions in the United States, have been created to ensure the new luxury brand of the MSC Group can work effectively with its travel partners.

Andrew Schweitzer, business relationship lead UK & Ireland, based in London, formerly with Quark Expeditions for eighteen months as business development manager. Prior to that Andrew worked for Viking Cruises for nine years, both in the UK and Australia.
Natalie Dorrington, global trade marketing expert based in London, formerly with The Cruise Portfolio as marketing manager supporting several luxury cruise lines with their trade and consumer marketing, event planning and promotional activities.
Suzanne Kochen, head of sales Northern Europe based in Amsterdam, formerly with Crystal Cruises as director of international sales. Suzanne previously worked for two online start-up luxury cruise specialists. Suzanne speaks Dutch, English and German.
